New Born Media (hereinafter “New Born Media”, “NBM”, “we”, or “the agency”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we process it, who we share it with, and what your rights are.
This policy has been prepared in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679), Law No. 06/L-082 “On the Protection of Personal Data” of the Republic of Kosovo, and Law No. 124/2024 “On the Protection of Personal Data” of the Republic of Albania.

2. The data we collect through the website
We collect only the data you provide through the website form and the data generated automatically when you browse it:
A. Contact form:
- Name
- Phone
- Company / Organisation
- Message (optional)
B. Technical and usage data (automatically): IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages visited, time of access, and referral source — collected through Google Analytics.
Please do not include special categories of data (e.g. health, religious, or ethnic information) in your message, as we do not need them.
3. How we collect the data
- Directly from you: when you complete and submit the contact form.
- Automatically: through cookies and Google Analytics when you browse the website (see Section 9).

We do not sell your data. We may share it only with:
- Google (Google Analytics), as an analytics service provider acting as a processor.
- Technical service providers (hosting, maintenance, email), acting as processors under our instructions and bound by confidentiality.
- Public authorities, where required by law.
6. International transfers
Some providers, such as Google Analytics, may process data outside Kosovo and Albania, including in the United States. In such cases, the transfer relies on appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the relevant authority, ensuring an adequate level of protection.
7. How long we keep the data
- Contact enquiries: for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, then for a reasonable period.
- Google Analytics data: according to the retention periods configured in Google Analytics.
After the relevant period, the data is securely deleted or anonymized.
8. Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures (access control, secure HTTPS connection, protected storage, internal procedures) to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No system is entirely impenetrable, so our measures are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
9. Cookies and Google Analytics
The website uses essential cookies for basic functionality and analytics cookies through Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. Analytics cookies are set only with your consent through the consent banner, which you can change or withdraw at any time. We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies.
